Non-Returnable Services and Products

Certain services and products are exempt from a refund:

• Ready-to-use accounts (since they are personalized and pre-activated).
• Customized services, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook account packages, as well as digital products(services), are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and delivered.

Partial Refunds

There are specific situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

• If the product or service is in an altered state due to reasons outside of Famelixir’s control (for example: price increase of the selected service).

Refund Process

Once we receive your request for a refund, we will process it promptly. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return or refund request. After inspection, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method or credit card within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, follow these steps:
